Platt Park is an energetic neighborhood in south Denver. With close proximity to Washington Park, one of the city's most popular playgrounds, the neighborhood also boasts easy access to downtown, DTC, I25 and light rail. Old South Pearl Street, the historic and lively heart of Platt Park, features many locally-owned restaurants and boutique shops. The home styles are primarily an eclectic combination of modest sized early 1900's brick bungalows and larger modern new construction. Platt Park is bound by Broadway to the west, Downing to the east, I25 north and Evans to the south.
