Formerly known as Stapleton, Central Park is a vibrant Denver community comprised of 12 distinct neighborhoods, offering a mix of suburban charm and urban convenience. With redevelopment from the Stapleton Airport starting in the early 2000's, the area now features diverse new home styles, from modern to Craftsman and contemporary townhomes and caters to all lifestyles. Central Park is home to over 50 parks, many scenic trails, and the expansive Central Park itself. Residents enjoy easy access to top-rated schools, community pools, shopping at Stanley Marketplace and Northfield, a lively dining scene and year-round community events. Located in northeast Denver, Central Park is bordered by Montview Boulevard to the south, Quebec Street to the west, and extends north and east toward Denver's city limits, with Northfield bordering the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Preserve north of 1-70.
